Information we collect
When you send a project inquiry, Project Blueprint nomination, or support note, we collect the information you provide. This may include your name, company, email address, phone number, request type, budget or optional contribution amount, timeline, project description, installation location, and an optional reference file. The current form does not collect payment-card or bank information.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to understand your request, route it to the appropriate Blueprint sector, communicate with you, evaluate potential work or support, and maintain a record of the conversation.
Storage and service providers
Inquiry records are stored in Cloudflare D1. Optional files are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse, and Resend delivers inquiry notifications to the appropriate Blueprint team. These providers process information only as needed to support those functions.
Retention
Inquiry records and uploaded files are scheduled for deletion 12 months after submission unless a longer period is required for an active business relationship, legal obligation, or dispute.
Sharing
Blueprint Group does not sell inquiry information. We share it only with service providers that support this website, with the relevant Blueprint sector, or when legally required. A Project Blueprint nominee's personal story is not published through this form.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry by contacting privacy contact available through the project inquiry form. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit sensitive regulated information through the project form.
Changes
We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
